Tradeline are seeking a client side Project Manager for an established and growing construction consultancy, specialising in refurbishment and fit-out work.

Our client is a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, currently seeking a Project Manager to join them in their head office in Northampton, offering hybrid working.

As Project Manager you will be working on projects across fit-out and refurbishment nationwide, covering private and public sector works within Care Homes, Commercial, Governmental, Education andHigh-End housing.

You will be responsible for the full project delivery ofthese schemes, managing a multiple of projects at different stages on behalf of the client.

Candidate

  • Ability to manage projects independently from inception to handover.
  • Able to act on behalf of the client and lead the various teams associated with the project.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work within budgets.
  • Client side or Consultancy experience preferred.
  • Able to travel
  • A relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, etc.is required.
  • Professional and able to lead site, client meetings.
