Sales Negotiator - Northampton

Our client, one of the leading property companies, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their Residential Sales team. With a wide range of services including new homes, mortgage services, surveying, conveyancing, and more, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and well-established team.

Package:
  • Basic Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 (DOE)
  • OTE: £35,000 (Uncapped Commission)

Role Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business by prospecting and building relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
  • Meet and greet clients and applicants in the office.
  • Handle telephone calls and relay messages as needed.
  • Regularly review property marketing with the Office Manager, recommending price changes where necessary.
  • Ensure that all offers are financially evaluated, presented, and confirmed in writing.
  • Contact applicants to schedule viewings and identify opportunities for potential listings.
  • Follow up with registered applicants, setting callback dates to maintain regular communication.
  • Confirm viewings at the end of each day, ensuring all appointments are made and communicated with clients.
  • Accompany potential buyers on property viewings.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous estate agency experience is ideal, but ready for the next step up.
  • Proven track record in generating new business.
  • Resilient, positive, and friendly demeanor.
  • Holder of a Full UK driving licence.
