The role involves working on large-scale design and build projects valued between £20m and £120m, with a total projected value of £150m over four years.
Candidates must have experience managing sub-contractor variations, working with a building contractor, and dealing with final accounts, along with an industry-related qualification.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000, along with a company car or allowance and an annual bonus.
To qualify for the higher salary, applicants must demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.

Quantity Surveyor - Northampton

Quantity Surveyor - a large privately owned construction business is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on large-scale design and build projects ranging from £20m to £120m.

The initial development is an industrial and logistics park considering of several individual projects ranging from £25m to £50m each - with a total projected value of £150m over four years.

- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Input during pre-construction stage
- Production of CVRs
