My client is a highly regarded and successful property & lettings agent and they have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in their Northampton branch.

The role will involve qualifying potential buyers, matching buyers to suitable properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers, and helping sales to complete, along with delivering exceptional customer service and providing vital administrative support. We're searching for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and can excel in a high-energy sales environment.

In this role, day to day you can expect to:

  • Meeting and registering new applicants
  • Organising and carrying out viewings
  • Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants
  • Achieve all daily and weekly targets
  • Negotiate any offers received
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the local market place
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them
  • Selling other services including solicitors and financial services

Your Skills:

  • Previous estate agency sales experience
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers and clients.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the local area.
  • Flexibility
  • A professional and presentable appearance
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

Working hours:

  • Working hours 8.30-5.30 5 days a week, alternate Saturday’s and day off in the week if working a Saturday
