Conveyancing Fee EarnerLocation - NorthamptonSalary - Competitive depending on experienceOur client is now looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Mortgage sales team in Northampton. The role is hybrid, 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for the first nationwide provider of end-to-end debt and property recovery services. Some of your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:- Verify legal titles to all freehold and leasehold properties and be able to identity title/property issues- Have strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish- Manage a workload effectively - Handle difficult telephone conversations - Comply with all regulatory requirements Skills and qualifications- Desirable - Legal qualification or working towards LLB/SQE- High attention to detail- Previous experience within Conveyancing or in an Conveyancing environment - Be able to work on own initiative- A positive, can-do attitude - Excellent communication skillsIf you would like to learn more about this role, or apply today, please get in touch with Bethany Hinton @ Simpson Judge today.
