Part time Lettings Property Manager

My client are a highly regarded and successful property & lettings agent, as well as a firm of chartered surveyors, land agents, auctioneers and valuers and are proud to be experts in each of the areas that we cover.

The Role:

This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management, carrying out property inspections and dealing with general lettings administration.

In this role, day to day you can expect to:

  • Liaise with Landlords & Tenants
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with contractors
  • Complete Inventories
  • Carry out final inspections
  • Action maintenance reporting

This role will be based out of our Northampton office, where you will be supported by the Lettings Manager. You will become the first port of call for landlords who engage with our part or fully managed services and be the coordinator of support for our landlords & tenants, specifically managing any property issues that may arise.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous Property Management experience is essential
  • Strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
  • Accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
  • Problem solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure
  • Full and clean UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
  • Strong attention to detail
