You will be based out of Northampton office . They are completely open to sector you have worked in but you will need a strong background in recruitment and if you have expeirence in Driving Recruitment sector that would be great. This is a key role for the growth of the business.

- Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns
- Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using a range of tools
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines in line with our growth demands
- Promoting our employer brand and social media presence Manage recruitment processes, overseeing everything from client engagement to candidate placement
- Efficiently fill perm, temp and temp-to-perm positions Meet and exceed targets by winning new clients and successfully filling their roles
- Collaborate with a high-achieving team to develop strategies and drive success
- Continuously enhance your skills and industry knowledge through ongoing training and development
