What does this role entail?

  • Engage in proactive calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.

  • Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate favourable terms.

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment to our clients.
