Job Title: Business Development Manager – Aggregates & Waste Removal Services
 

Industry Sector: Aggregates, Bagged Aggregates, Aggregates, Concrete, Crushed Concrete, Asphalt, Builders Merchants, Merchants, Groundworkers, Housebuilders, Construction Companies, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager

Area to be covered: Flexible on location ideally (Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire regions)

Remuneration: £40,000 + uncapped commission circa £7,500 first year

Benefits: company pickup/ truck or £6,000 allowance & benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Aggregates & Waste Removal Services will involve:

  • Area Sales Manager position selling aggregates and muck away services
  • Majority of your time will be spent selling to groundworkers
  • The remaining portion will be spent selling to concrete plants, builders merchants and housebuilders
  • Turnover target circa £200k per month - £20k gross margin
  • Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Aggregates & Waste Removal Services with:

  • Must have sales experience in the aggregates or waster removal industry ideally both
  • Must have strong new business skills
  • Plenty of energy, passion and self-motivation
  • Personable demeanour with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Computer literate       
  • Full UK driving license
