This role will require the successful candidate to work from the office full-time.Accounts Administrator - Purchase LedgerJob duties include:• Purchase ledger• Processing purchase ledger invoices • Matching invoices to GRN• Coding invoices to the purchase ledger• Matching, batching, and coding of invoices• Dealing with supplier queries• Allocating credit notes• Reporting to the Finance Director• Running the BACs payments• Month end processes• Reconciliations • Setting up new supplier accounts • General office tasksRequired Skills:• Data Entry or Purchase Ledger Experience • Available to start work quickly (ideally 1 weeks’ notice or less)• AAT Qualified/ AAT Studier/ Qualified by experience• Able to pick up processes and procedures quickly• Question when things do not look correct• Able to resolve queriesAddition information:• Great company benefits (if the job does go permanent)• Commutable via car or public transport• 37 hours per week• Office based while temporary
