Role Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to students, helping them stay engaged and motivated.
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing the learning environment.
- Offer one-to-one and small group support for students who need additional help.
- Help foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners.
- Work closely with teaching staff and SEN teams to enhance student progress.
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people (desirable but not essential).
- A genuine interest in supporting students' academic and personal development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to working in a school setting.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
