**An excellent opportunity for a service engineer to join a leading manufacturer of medical imaging equipment and gain training on medical X-Ray, CT and MRI systems**
The Role - Junior Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray Systems
You will be responsible for:
- Providing customers with technical assistance via phone and email on faults with medical imaging systems
- Performing remote trouble shooting and determining the most effective resolution for issues
- Guiding customers through the problem solving process
- Escalating unresolved issues to field service engineers
Your Background - Junior Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray Systems
To apply you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualification in electronics or another relevant technical discipline
- Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer environments
- Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges
- Full UK driving licence
