MASH Team Manager - Up to £59,827 + Bonus - Hybrid

NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the East Midlands who are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their MASH Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within busy social work teams whilst holding management responsibilities.

Responsibilities include -

  • Chairing Strategy Meetings.
  • Management/Supervision of staff.
  • Allocating Child Protection, CIN & Early Help cases.
  • Sign off all work, ensure work is completed within 24 hour decision making as per operating model.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
  • An up to date DBS check
  • Experience working in MASH, ideally with holding management responsibilities.
  • Working knowledge of the legislative framework and relevant guidance and procedures.
