He is looking to grow his team.. And this is where you come in…I'm looking for a Java Software Engineer to play a key role in my clients Digital Transformation Programme. You'll work with the wider technology teams to build new Java Apps, alongside supporting and developing their existing ones too.
I need a true Java expert in this role. You'll live and breathe the Java tech stack. Outside of the nitty gritty tech skills, I also need someone who isn't afraid to speak up.. Someone who can contribute vocally - speak up when needed and maybe suggest better or ways of working. Someone who can also support, inspire and motivate Junior Engineers, through code reviews and mentoring!Let's talk tech. You're going to be super strong in Java, Java EE 8+, Spring Framework, WebServices; SOAP and ReST. Their choice of database is Oracle, so naturally that would be a super "nice to have.These guys work to Agile methodology so I'll need you to also share that mindset.At this firm you will rub shoulders with some of the very best Java experts in the country and be given the opportunity to progress within the business. They're HUGE on investing within their staff and getting the best out of their people. From day one you will be given a structured growth plan and you'll know exactly what you need to do to progress. They both encourage and support both training and certification opportunities too.In return, we can offer you up to £50,000 base salary with extended benefits.
