Role OverviewAs an SEN Teaching Assistant with a focus on Behaviour and Autism Support, you will play a crucial role in helping students with diverse needs thrive in the classroom. Working collaboratively with teachers, the SENCo, and external specialists, you'll provide one-to-one and group support, implementing effective strategies that enhance learning and promote positive behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
