Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding opportunity? Dunbar Education is excited to partner with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Northampton to find an exceptional TA to join their supportive team.

About the Role

This full-time position offers the chance to work in a vibrant 3-form entry primary school, renowned for its commitment to supporting children with special educational needs. You'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and developing pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH, ADHD, Autism, and behavioural challenges.

What You'll Do
  • Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to create a positive learning environment.
  • Use your expertise to implement creative strategies that help every child thrive academically and socially.
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
About You

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Proven experience supporting children with SEMH, behavioural difficulties, ADHD, and autism.
  • A proactive, empathetic, and resilient approach to SEN.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills.
  • A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential for the right experience.
