We have an exceptional opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant in Northampton!

Position Details:

  • Location: Northampton, United Kingdom
  • Contract Type: Full-time OR Part-time
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Pay Rate: £13 - £14 per hour

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Collaborate with the SEN team to develop effective strategies for student support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with SEN is preferred.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support is an advantage.
