- Oversee the transportation of finished goods, raw materials, and consumables.
- Handle all shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, customs paperwork, and dangerous goods documentation.
- Book transport and liaise with hauliers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Ensure customer-specific shipping and packaging requirements are met.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Process returns efficiently and manage aged stock to minimize surplus.
- Support the Customer Service and Sales teams with logistics queries and order progression.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for compliance with regulatory standards.
- Track and analyze On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) shipping performance using Power BI.
- Maintain compliance with ADR/IATA/IMDG regulations for dangerous goods shipping.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve shipping and customs-related challenges.
- Have experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Dangerous goods trained is essential. (IMDG/IATA)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems.
- Be a problem-solver who enjoys finding efficient solutions.
