Role: Countryside Management Lecturer
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary; £27,238 - £39,941
Location: NorthamptonshireA college in the Northamptonshire are looking for a full time, permanent Countryside Management Lecturer to join their team. You will teach and train students, and other client groups, across the Land based provision; tutor and manage one of more courses or groups or students, along with development of land-based courses, and participate in internal verification, auditing and other quality monitoring process to ensure learners, customers and clients receive exemplary service. Â Â
Requirements;
-Â Â Â Â Â Â BSc or equivalent in a Countryside Management related subject
-Â Â Â Â Â Â A MSc/PhD in relevant subject is desirable
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Hold a teaching qualification or willing to work towards one
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Knowledge of Freshwater and wetland management, countryside recreation, urban habitat management and ecology
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Knowledge of arboriculture and forestry is desirable
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience working within the Countryside Management industries
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience working within the FE / HE secto
