Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Create, develop, and champion a Talent program to identify, retain, and develop the best possible talent and future leaders within the organisation,
  • Liase across divisions to develop buy in and truly champion talent and talent development,
  • Create alignment between business strategy, organisation culture and experiences of colleagues.
  • Drive strategic behavioural and process change across the organisation
  • Manage the execution of Leadership Development programmes
  • Collaborate cross departmentally to build brand equity, displaying creativity and a passion for talent engagement and attraction,

Key Skills

  • You will have worked in similar roles with focus on talent development, performance management, engagement surveys, OD projects, and culture building/ initiatives
  • Ability to successfully work with and navigate a complex multi-cultural organisation, building effective relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at all levels from Junior to Exec team
  • Proven experience in project management, leading and driving important OD & Talent Management projects in other businesses
