A great opportunity to join a globally operating and successful logistics / automation company as a Level 2 qualified Maintenance Technician working at a well-known retailers automated distribution centre close to Rugby (East side).

Looking for Level 2 qualified Maintenance Technicians / Engineers with experience from manufacturing / logistics type settings. This could be a great way to take your career to the next level.

  • Salary of c£36,000 + Healthcare + Pension
  • 4on 4off Days and Nights (blocks of 4 of each)

Day to day activities of a Maintenance Technician include:

  • Operational checks, functionality checks, cleaning, adjustment, lubrication and monitoring. Find root cause of issues and find permanent solutions to issues encountered.
  • Assist with planned preventative maintenance, corrective and reactive maintenance in timely manner as required.
  • Be proficient in all aspects of the operational procedures involving jam busting.

Requirements of Maintenance Technician:

  • Already have, or working towards a NVQ / City & Guilds, level 1 or ideally Level 2 in a Mech/Elec discipline
  • Proactive approach to fault finding and act proficient in maintenance procedures.
  • Act as a team player
  • Willing to work shifts including nights
