Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator to work on structural steel components during our night shift. The role involves:

• Welding structural steel using MIG processes to a high standard.
• Reading and interpreting engineering and technical drawings.
• Fabricating steel components according to specifications.
• Using workshop tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Performing quality checks on completed work.
• Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed at all times.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a MIG welder/fabricator, ideally with structural steel.
• Ability to read and work from detailed technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and steel fabrication.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Flexibility and reliability to work night shifts.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in welding/fabrication (desirable).
