Adore Recruitment are currently looking for Food Hygiene Supervisor to work in Northfleet, Kent.
Permanent role- Immediate start available
The Food Hygiene Supervisor will maintain, promote and inspect good Food Safety and H&S practices as a core principle of Hygiene activity on site. Coordinating all cleaning and disinfection aspects across food production areas and machinery, communicate all instructions clearly and motivate a large team.
The role will also involve monitor hygiene team tasks completion and quality of it, ensuring safe working environment, conducting audits and generating reports, maintaining hygiene team training matrix, completing planned and ad-hoc projects for Food Safety and Hygiene (including microbiological investigations, technical validation trials and reviews of some CCP equipment), to be aware of all food industry chemicals their use, mixing strengths and precautions, participating and executing hygiene related risk assessments, other general duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in Team Lead / Supervisory role - managing team and providing coaching and support, will have Food Safety training / certification.
Night Shift Sunday to Wednesday 1800 to 0600 (set shifts)

Starting pay rate 15.36ph (Level 1) rising to 16.15ph (level 2) and then to 17.04ph (Level 3) after full training and development
