As an Agency Chemotherapy Nurse, you will provide oncology patients with a range of treatments in their own homes. There are 30 37.5 hours per week available working 4 or 5 days per week as an agency chemotherapy nurse, with a highly competitive hourly rate. The role will be ongoing for a minimum of 3 6 months + (flexible).
This role will involve seeing patients for bloods, toxicity assessments, IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, IM/SC injections and more.
Benefits as Community Oncology Nurse (Temp / Agency):
- Competitive hourly rate of £43 - £48 per hour (based on experience)
- Mileage expenses
- Monday to Friday role approx. 8 hrs per day working 4 or 5 days per week
- No bank holiday working
Requirements for this well-paid agency chemotherapy nurse position;
- Active NMC Pin - Registered RGN
- Experience in Oncology, Haematology or Chemotherapy is essential
- Cannulation & Venepuncture experience
- Driving Licence
- SACT Passport, or équivalent qualification
