We are representing a multi-award winning Contractor-Developer client specializing in partnership regeneration and affordable housing schemes.
This privately owned business focuses on residential projects, primarily apartment-led with RC frame and some traditional builds.
They are seeking an Intermediate level / Project Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a salary range of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in main contracting or housebuilding.
The ideal applicant will possess strong communication and presentation skills, along with excellent attention to detail.
