About the role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in to manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students stay engaged with pre-set work and maintain appropriate behaviour. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in education or for those who enjoy working with young people.
What we're looking for:
Confidence to lead a classroom
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Experience working with young people in any setting (coaching, mentoring, volunteering, etc.)
