My client is a popular registered Charity and looking for an experienced Business Support Specialist. An individual to provide crucial support for our business systems, with a particular focus on Unit4 Agresso Business World systems. You will assist the Business Systems Manager, contributing to the system's effectiveness and supporting users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide business systems support, including incident resolution and user administration.
- Support projects, upgrades, and enhancements related to our systems, including Unit4.
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding system requirements and improvements.
What We Need:
- Demonstrable understanding or experience with Unit4 Business World/Agresso ERP System.
- Experience in a responsive business systems support role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with HR/Payroll systems and SQL is beneficial.
