Your new companyCommitted to excellence and innovation, this premium FTSE listed company, headquartered in the North West, has invested in international growth and is now looking to grow the company secretarial team with this exciting new appointment.

Your new roleAs a key member of the company secretarial team, you will support the plc cycle in a wide and varied role. Reporting to an inspiring and accomplished manager, you will have the opportunity to excel your career and gain excellent exposure to a range of interesting projects. You will manage end-to-end board and committee processes and ensure compliance with the global governance framework. You will also handle Market Abuse Regulation compliance, assist with the annual reports, lead AGMs and shareholder meetings, manage director induction processes, and support with corporate projects. You will be given the opportunity to deputise and will be expected to grow into a line management position.

What you'll need to succeedYou will need a proven track record of working in a UK listed company secretariat department. You will ideally be CGI qualified and must have strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements of a listed organisation. With a natural flair for building relationships, you will be credible, organised and have a passion for enhancing governance and compliance processes. You will need to be a strong communicator to produce high-quality documents with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with key stakeholders.
