Exciting Opportunity for someone with a strong administration background to work as a Hire Controller for an industry leader based in Knutsford.Location: Knutsford (Own transport required)Salary: £28,000 -£30,000Hours: Full-time, 08:30 - 17:00 (30-minute lunch)Are you highly organised with great attention to detail? We're looking for a Hire Coordinator to join our busy Heavy Plant Hire department, working within a small team managing a fleet of 130+ machines.What You'll Be Doing:Coordinating plant hire operations, ensuring smooth scheduling and availabilityHandling customer enquiries confidently over the phone and via emailPreparing weekly hire reports using MS Excel and WordCollaborating across departments to ensure excellent customer serviceKeeping accurate records and ensuring efficient planningWhat We're Looking For:Excellent organisation and planning skillsStrong customer service skills with confidence on the phoneIT proficiency, particularly in MS Excel and WordExperience in hires or customer service (advantageous)A methodical and conscientious approach to workAbility to learn quickly due to the short-term nature of the roleOwn transport due to our semi-rural locationThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced team in a key role.
