An exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join a market leading FMCG business, supporting the sales team with their activities. This Sales Coordinator role requires an individual capable of providing top-tier support to the Key Account Manager supporting forecasting, data analysis and pulling together presentations for meetings.

With a presence across various international markets, this company is dedicated to delivering excellence in everything they do. The Sales Coordinator will support the activity of the UK Key Account Managers to ensure they meet their Sales targets.

Description

Duties of the Sales Coordinator:

  • Help Sales Manager and Key Account Manager executive day to day tasks
  • Support with monthly forecasting, checking with supply chain to meet demand with NPDs
  • Support the sales team with new product development
  • Extract sales data via BI.
  • Keep the Key Account Manager looped in with any quality issues, coordinating the technical and quality certificates.
  • Support in preparation of business reviews and plans, help executing the market strategy defined by the Sales team
  • Track competition on customer levels and report market trends
  • Work with all departments on new product creation
  • Support the Sales Manager in weekly and monthly reporting, preparing figures with internal meetings

Profile

A successful Sales Coordinator should have:

  • a bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management
  • Proven experience in sales support
  • Experience supporting retailers
  • Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.

Job Offer

  • A salary of circa £35k

  • Some travel required 10 - 15% of the role
