What You'll Be Doing:?? Deliver engaging, hands-on training in construction plant maintenance and repair.?? Guide learners through real-world scenarios, teaching industry-standard techniques.?? Assess and track student progress to ensure they are job-ready.?? Foster a supportive and inspiring learning environment.?? Work with modern equipment and excellent training facilities.
What We're Looking For:?? Level 3 qualification in Construction Plant Maintenance or a related field.?? Strong industry experience as a Construction Plant Engineer, Technician, or similar.?? A teaching or assessing qualification (desirable but not essential - full training provided).?? A passion for mentoring and developing future professionals.?? Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
