Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Package

Overview:

Our client is a leading construction firm specialising in high-end residential refurbishments. They are currently seeking two experienced Site Managers for two distinct housing projects, based in Cheshire. These projects are regional, with potential for future works in the Northwest and North Wales. The ideal candidates will have experience in development projects and be client-facing, with a strong focus on high-end finishes. The positions offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to contribute to prestigious projects.

Role Requirements:

Oversee and manage all site activities from start to finish.

Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain efficiency and quality.

Liaise with clients and subcontractors, ensuring their expectations are met and communicated.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality assurance processes.

Lead site meetings and site inspections.

Experience with development projects is highly preferred.

Be hands-on in managing and supporting the trades, especially with a preference for a fitout background..

Regional flexibility - Projects will be located in Cheshire, with potential for future work in the Northwest and North Wales.
