Hard Services Project Manager We are looking for an experienced Hard Services Project Manager to join our team and manage the full range of duties in the implementation of building and engineering works as part of a large programme of works.Responsibilities:- Deputise for the Project Lead as required, to support the delivery of projects- Comment on building and engineering designs in accordance with all current legislation- Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve an effective and integrated design and construction solution- Budgetary responsibility within approved scheme limits- Take technical lead for defined workstreams or packages related to the management of the Programme works and providing accurate up-to-date advice as required.
