Key Responsibilities:

Empower Learners - Manage a caseload of learners, supporting them through their qualifications and apprenticeships from start to End Point Assessment.Inspire & Teach - Deliver engaging monthly sessions (online or in-person) and provide constructive feedback to drive learner success.Tailored Support - Identify and assist learners with additional needs, using platforms like Cognassist to personalise learning experiences.Enhance Functional Skills - Help learners improve their maths and English skills, ensuring they meet Functional Skills requirements.Build Employer Relationships - Foster strong partnerships with employers, ensuring a smooth apprenticeship journey while maintaining compliance with funding rules.Drive Success - Monitor learner progress, support at-risk learners, and ensure timely achievement of targets, contributing to key business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Industry experience within the past 10 years
  • Level 3 qualification (minimum) in Children and Young People
  • Recognised Assessor Award (D32/D33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA)
