Key Responsibilities:

As a Transport and Document Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Process bookings from clients received via telephone and email, ensuring a warm and professional communication style.
  • Arrange transport with hauliers and shipping lines to meet client needs efficiently.
  • Load all shipment details onto the system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process and submit customs declarations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Check and submit documentation as required.
  • Accurately raise all necessary documentation for each shipment, including health certificates, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with client contracts or letters of credit and is processed within agreed time frames.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on all aspects of documentation, ensuring their interests are always protected.


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
