Pay: £84 - £90 per day (dependant or experience and qualification)

Experienced Teaching AssistantThe successful TA will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a high achieving class.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment
  • Providing individualised support to pupils facing learning challenges to ensure comprehension of the curriculum
  • Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials and organising resources for lessons
  • Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect
  • Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practices
