Our client, a reputable business in Northwich, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong Management Accounts skills to join their growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll work on-site in Northwich, reporting directly to the Managing Director and leading a finance team of two.

Your role will be instrumental in driving the business's financial performance and ensuring that all finance functions operate seamlessly. You'll find that working within a small, integrated division of a larger group allows for significant responsibility, visibility, and the chance to influence key business decisions.

This position offers a highly competitive salary of around £53,500, which includes a car allowance, along with excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement. Our client is open to considering candidates who are fully qualified accountants (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) as well as those qualified by experience (QBE), provided they have solid experience in payroll management-a non-negotiable requirement for this role.

A background in analysing and managing the monthly financial close, providing strategic forecasting, and ensuring the seamless functioning of core finance operations.

  • Proficiency in financial forecasting and planning
  • A track record of ensuring efficient and effective finance operations
