Your new companyYour new company are an owner managed manufacturing SME. They've been established for over 40 years and this is hire will replace the previous Finance Manager who's been with the business for 30 years. Your new roleIn your role as Finance Manager you will manage all aspects of the finance function. Including but not limited to: production of the management accounts, back reconciliations, currency transactions, payroll and VAT returns. You will manage a small but efficient finance team of 2. The successful candidate will play a keen part in the future strategic decisions of business. What you'll need to succeedYou will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA with experience working within an owner-managed SME. Manufacturing or Property experience would be preferred. You will have a very hands on approach to accounting and be willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Management of other office duties outside of finance would be advantageous.What you'll get in returnYou will join a growing a stable SME who pride themselves on creating a good working environment.
