£16 - £18 per hourLong term work (12+ months)Role includes:Editing and maintaining various documentation and technical drawings in good orderEnsure all documentation complies with the client requirements and QA standardsCoordinating with the client to confirm workflow and productivity is positively affecting the completion of the project and review any deadlines for handover completionsCompiling data sheets and documents in individual test packs for both your team and the clientUsing PIMS (production information management systems) to manage and store documents and handover completed test packs to the clientArchival of old and superseded documents both electronic and hardcopyOverseeing the weekly diaries of supervisors and the Site timebook to ensure accuracy of hours worked on site for the payroll departmentMaking sure important datasheets and schedules are kept up to date to comply with HSE regulations and help departments run smoothlySuccessfully collaborating with the engineering team to create filing systems throughout the department.Digitising files to stay organised and simplifying finding important information
