There is a vacancy for a qualified family solicitor to join the team and provide essential legal support and representation for children and young people.Your new roleYour responsibilities will include conducting or defending proceedings, ensuring the rights and welfare of young people are promoted and heard. You will also be contributing to strategic planning and policy development. The role will involve training and income-generating initiatives, while maintaining the good image and reputation of the organisation.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified lawyer with a current practising certificate from the Law Society of England and Wales, ideally with Children Law accreditation.
