Midweight Graphic Designer | Liverpool (on-site) | Omnichannel Retailer | up to £30k

An exciting opportunity is available for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strong brand identity while keeping the core values in mind. This position is full-time and permanent, offering a competitive salary.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong online brand identity.
  • Prepare and present ideas.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to create innovative concepts.
  • Design ad layouts, illustrations, and other brand materials using Adobe software.
  • Create website banners and email content.
  • Select appropriate imagery and layouts for each design.
  • Amend designs based on feedback.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Work with other creatives in the design team to maintain a unified vision and consistent branding.
  • Use initiative to creatively respond to brand and social briefs.
  • Stay updated on design and multimedia trends and the latest software developments.
  • Present final design concepts, including specifications for fonts, images, colors, text, and layout for approval.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure content aligns with the overall strategy.
  • Work alongside the eCommerce team to meet all creative requirements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements, Skills, and Experience:

  • Experience working for a clothing brand, preferably in activewear.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Adobe applications, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • An 'ideas person' with a can-do attitude.
  • Passionate about design with a keen eye for graphics.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong image editing skills.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines and schedules.
