Operations Coordinator £28-30,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most trusted, award-winning private healthcare clinics in the UK as the Operations Coordinator.

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Operations in executing the strategic plan to drive improvements and efficiency across all teams within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering service transformations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the clinical teams to organise and manage capacity and team schedules efficiently.
  • Leverage technology insights to enhance the patient experience and continually drive improvements, working closely with the team managers.
  • Collaborate effectively with all clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a consistently excellent patient service experience at all times.
  • Analyse, prepare, provide and present accurate data regarding team performance and activities.
  • Oversee operations through line managers, providing guidance on service goals and direction.
  • Work closely with team managers to ensure all support teams receive comprehensive training for effective role execution.
  • Handle incoming enquiries via telephone, email, or web as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and provide relevant information when required.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Stay updated on current procedures and clinic agreements.

About You:

  • You will have experience in a similar operations/administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills is an absolute must for this role as you will utilise them to build and develop relationships across the business.
  • You will be naturally empathetic with a real passion for patient service.
  • PC literate.
