Description
- Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
- Experience in training users online, face to face and preparing training material.
- Maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders internal and external .
- Assisting with recruitment and interview processes.
- Managing employee benefits and enrolment.
- Providing HR support to team members and managers within the company.
- Coordinating with the HR team on workforce planning and resourcing.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Profile
A successful Group HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of UK employment law.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Ability to manage own workload
