We are currently seeking a diligent HR Administrator - who will be instrumental in overseeing all HR administrative tasks within the Life Science industry.

Description

  • Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
  • Experience in training users online, face to face and preparing training material.
  • Maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders internal and external .
  • Assisting with recruitment and interview processes.
  • Managing employee benefits and enrolment.
  • Providing HR support to team members and managers within the company.
  • Coordinating with the HR team on workforce planning and resourcing.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Profile

A successful Group HR Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of UK employment law.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage own workload
