HR Advisor VacancyRemote role – 2/3 days travel to sites in North West£35,000, £40,000HR Recruit is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR professional to work for a fast paced organisation. Reporting into the HR Director, there are future opportunities to progress.  The company has a small number of sites close to M62/M56/M6 area and you would be expected to travel to these 2/3 times a week. You must have strong ER skills and be data driven.   HR Advisor Responsibilities

  • Offer support and guidance to line managers on employee relations (ER) matters, taking full responsibility for managing the process from start to finish.
  • Provide support in handling visa and DBS sponsorship issues and work towards resolving them effectively. 
  • Communicate with sites to gather and coordinate information, and have the ability to analyse the data. 
  • Help to review and renewal of all HR Policies and procedures 
  • Provide 1st Line HR Support for all employees. 
  • To carry out HR project work as required 

HR Advisor Requirements

  • Must be able to work on own initiative
  • Very organised and self motivated
  • Strong on ER law knowledge
  • Able to work in a fast paced organisation
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements 
  • High level of attention to detail
