Your New CompanyJoin a dynamic and innovative manufacturing business located in Poynton, Macclesfield. They are currently recruiting for a HR generalist which is a brand new role within the HR Team. You will be part of a forward-thinking team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your New RoleAs an HR Generalist, you will provide high-quality and effective generalist operational Human Resources support. You will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and HR Business Partners to deliver HR and organisational objectives. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day HR administration, handling first-line employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal obligations. You will also play a crucial role in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, as well as managing starters, leavers, and adjustments in the HRIMS. Additionally, you will liaise with payroll to ensure accurate monthly pay information and support the onboarding of successful candidates.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • CIPD qualification is desirable.
  • Experience working as an HR Advisor or in a similar role.
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • An open, positive mindset, enthusiasm, and a sense of humour.
