Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join a Cheshire-based business, specialising in the design, installation, and management of bespoke security systems. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, project management proficiency, and an understanding of the luxury market to deliver exceptional, tailored solutions for our discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initial client consultation to final system handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a seamless customer experience.
- Understand and translate client requirements into actionable project specifications for high-end residential and marine security systems.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, emphasizing trust and exceptional service.

Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Oversee and coordinate the work of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular project updates and team briefings to maintain alignment on objectives.

System Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative, bespoke security solutions tailored to the specific requirements of luxury properties and yachts.
- Supervise installations to ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks before project sign-off.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry advancements, and emerging technologies in security systems.

Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
- Approve expenditures and maintain financial records for all assigned projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in project management within the security systems industry
- Strong technical understanding of advanced security solutions, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and integrated smart technologies.
- Knowledge of marine-specific security requirements is highly desirable.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
