Desktop Engineer

Our client is looking for a Desktop Engineer to join ASAP on a 3-month contract, with a view to renew long term thereafter. The role will be Hybrid working and Outside IR35.

Candidates must have a Drivers licence and be prepared to travel to other sites of required. Expenses will be reimbursed.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Prevous experience in a similiar 2nd Line / Desktop role
• Mobile Device Management (Airwatch)
• In-Tune 
• Telephony
• Desktop – creation of images through imaging software/software roll out
• Citrix - Netscaler
• AV – take control of updates and installations
• Overview of Support Desk – working alongside the IT manager to ensure support tickets are meeting SLAs.
• Networking knowledge
