So, what will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Assist with planning applications, site assessments, and policy analysis.
  • Support senior planners in preparing planning documents and reports.
  • Conduct research on land and property opportunities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of strategic development plans.
  • Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities.
  • Stay up-to-date with planning policies and regulations.

What you'll need:

  • A degree in Planning, Geography, or a related field (RTPI ideal).
  • A genuine interest in town planning and development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and take initiative.
  • Full UK driving license (preferred).
