Job Title: Residential Conveyancer

Job description: A law firm in Cheshire is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancer
This is a Full Time role on a Locum basis for 6 months.
The successful candidate will be:
- You will be able to undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing and property work
- Manage a caseload of freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership transactions, ensuring timely progress and completion.
- Conduct title investigations, property searches, and draft legal documents including contracts of sale and transfer deeds.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Experience of Private Client would be helpful though not necessary
Required skills

- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all kinds of people
